I originally spoke to London & Country who could not source a mortgage for the type of property I wanted so I spoke to Adam at Fair Mortgages and he secured the mortgage the same day. Having Adam and the case manager their throughout was great peace of mind too, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Will definitely be in touch for the remortgage.
