We recently had a new window replaced in our home. FAIRCO offered the best price, their workers were very professional and clean. After about 3 weeks, we noticed a layer of condensation on the outside of the new window in the morning and this caused us some concern. We called several times and the only response we would ever receive back was via email. The email always included a leaflet on condensation. But we had difficulty getting someone on the phone to proved additional info to our questions. This is why we are not giving FAIRCO a 5 star rating. We are u sure if we would contact them again for any additional work.
