Fairco replaced two French doors for us on Mon 26th Feb 2024. From our first contact with the company, meeting with their sales representative Paul, their surveyor Peter, their installation crew Victor and Frank, and with Sam and Shane in sales administration, we were treated respectfully and professionally at all times. The quality of the product is so much superior to what was put in over twenty years ago and, even though it is only twenty-four hours since the job was finished, already we have noticed the difference in the sound-proofing and interior warmth. The installation went smoothly, arriving on time, working solidly through lunch, and finishing on time. Everything was left neat and tidy: all rubbish and bits taken away, plaster work attended to, and general sweep down and mop up completed. Taking everything into account, we are very pleased with the end result, and as far as we are concerned, a five-star rating is warranted. We would be very happy to recommend Fairco.
