Do not trust this company. They only care to the point of getting your money.! They sell you a damaged chair, ignore your complaints, then when you prove it was damaged they give you a refund of 1/2 the purchase price.! Wicked. Did not even say sorry. I have been very upset. They seemed to treat me like a trouble maker but it was their own engineer who confirmed it was damaged from day 1. I had always been happy previously. But they have changed and will not have another 1p from me.
