Purchased my shower on-line, got a call next saying offering me another one as this one was out of stock, or I could wait for original one, I choose wait, one week later recieve it, to be told its broke, rang company no issues with them collecting and returning money. Never needed to send it back as shower worked perfectly it was pull cord on wall which was broken, rang to apologise and they were great, I will definitely buy from this company again, fantastic customer service so polite and professional. Big 5* from me
