DO NOT PURCHASE! I placed an order on 11/20/2020. I immediately called them and confirmed that they would be delivered by 12/21/20. Today is 01/20/2020, All I have received from Family Go Karts is excuses and the run-around. They have NO TRACKING info for my order and do not know when my 2 ATV's will be delivered. I am also told that I cannot talk with anyone regarding my order, all I can do is submit a request for tracking by sending them an email. Of which, I do not get a response back. This is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they understood that they may be late. However, at this point, the entire family is angry and disappointed in the unAmerican spirit within this company. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend that no one else does either!
