Shoes sent out in horrible condition and one was faulty, asked for replacement was told they didn’t have in stock and wanted me to send pictures of shoe cut up in order to process a refund a few days later shoe in same size available online I asked for these to be sent I it and reply was that particular pair was a returned one so they aren’t in good condition (has marks on it) yet they were available online to be sold in that condition? Absolutely shocking customer service responses. Don’t buy from them unless you want average quality shoes and crapy customer service. The only thing about these guys are the shoes are dirt cheap.
