Love these boots! They have a nice heavy sole, but not uncomfortably heavy to walk in. Liked the hight too - I was worried they might dig in below the calf but no problem so far. I got them on the sale which was a steal, but even if not on sale I think they'd be worth it. The only thing that may have added to their charm is a bit of texture to the upper, especially with the brown colour. At the price I'm tempted to get the Austin Black pair too! Service from Famous Footware was great! Were delivered fast with no drama (I was expecting it to take a while given the sale). The boots arrived securely packaged within a few days. First time shopping with Famous Footware and will definitely be back! Overall, a positive online shopping experience.
