I am fighting with this company now to get my order. Their site says 7-9 business days for processing, so I contacted them after this time frame....just to find out they never started my order. The representative said she would put a rush on the order, and I asked them just to cancel the order. I ordered this under the assumption it would take the time frame listed on their site, and was told this is a busy production time for them. I also paid for rush shipping. They stated they would cancel my order but there was a $20 restocking fee. I asked them what they were restocking because they had just told me my order was never started. No answers, can not give me a date of completion, was basically just told you will get it when you get it. This company is not USA based, they are located in Hong Kong. BUYERS BEWARE! This is a fraudulent company!!!
