if i could rate it a zero i would. this is truly the WORST experience i have had with a company. placed my order a month ago for an event upcoming. their website says 8-10 for processing. i waited and then when my order didnt ship i emailed them. no response. tried to call, phone number is not customer service. tried to live chat, no one answers. finally after i sent another email i get a response saying my order was being processed still even though it had been well over the 8 days. they told me it would be delivered by the 27th. its now the 22nd their website says 8-10 days as its coming out of the country. their customer service has given me NO answers as to where my order is or when its going to be shipped. i spent a lot of money on my order and was recommended by others but have truly never been so disappointed with a company and will not be referring them to anyone!
