I ordered a custom hockey jersey for my husband for Father’s Day. Wasn’t aware at the time that it would be produced and shipped from China so when I found out I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time and may not be good quality, if it ever came at all. I emailed customer service about 10 days after placing my order to check on status and they responded quicly with tracking information, saying it had shipped. When I checked shipping it just said it was shipped for several days with no updates. Then I became concerned that they just use a third party shipping that produces a USPS shipping label and tracking. To my surprise the delivery date indicated arrival the day before Father’s Day and then it actually arrived two days before. I was quite impressed with the quality of the jersey. The logo came out really nice and the jerseys material is pretty good - for the price I paid. Had i ordered something custom like this is the US it would have been triple the price and taken just as long to receive. Albeit the quality may have been better. All I all, I would order here again and just be mindful of the time it takes to receive an order.
