Company policies are one sided not a surprise. I will not be purchasing their product in the future. Paid for expedited shipping for my son’s birthday present. After not receiving my order I had to email support to be told that production time is 2-3 weeks regardless of expedited shipping. Transparency would be helpful in deciding when to spend your hard earned money and knowing you won’t receive what you paid for until “x” amount of time, don’t you agree? Can you imagine walking in to order food only to be told after you paid that with the production time you won’t get your meal until 1 month from now? That’s laughable right?
The company statement that the surprising gift will never be late is a lie. So stop saying it.
