Customer service was good, that's why it got two stars. The leather looking arms on the varsity jacket - super cheap pleather. They didn't put the initial on the front of the jacket. The logos look cheap stitched on and for $200 no thanks. Not varisty jacket worthy, cheap patches. Also took forever to get here. Will never buy here again. Also, had no idea was being shipped from overseas.
