This would be zero stars. Atrocious customer service who just palms you off with non-answers. First it was Shereen and then Mary who were condescending and just downright unhelpful. Not only do customer service not answer product questions, but my wardrobe was also delivered damaged. The delivery driver asked me to carry things up to the apartment (I refused as I have an injury, hence paying for delivery) and now Mary is not only unhelpful in escalating matters, but she is just plain rude. I am well within my rights under Australian Consumer Law to request a partial refund for the damaged product and lack of service and ask that my matter be escalated. I requested a reasonable partial refund instead of a whole replacement as I was concerned about the environmental factors of them throwing out this product and sending a new wardrobe. In regards to the product itself, you're much better off buying IKEA for ease of assembly and quality of materials, design and packaging.
