Terrible service. Product delivered was faulty. Was asked if I was using the correct screw, which of course I was. I was then asked to intentionally damage the product and then attempt to repair the issue myself. After saying I wanted a refund, I was told they would pick up on Wednesday (no date provided). The email was sent on a Tuesday so I left it outside. No one turned up. Finally someone showed up Monday, without any notice, to pick it up. All in all took about 4 weeks to get my money back. Strongly recommend only shopping in store and never online with this place.
