Toxic bed stinks! Customer Care service stinks!
Waiting 3 months for FF to do something about an Evy queen bed & mattress that absolutely stinks. It is so toxic it gives us a headache & is not fit for purpose.
Communication is so difficult, repeatedly sent emails, online chats & always left on hold fir over an hour with 1300 number that is never answered. Unless customer follows up the communication drops off. Then they want photos, or for us to transport a heavy mattress and stinking bed to a store or to pay them to have it picked up!
Stores are also unhelpful & do nothing to sort out the issue because it’s an online purchase so they don’t want to know about it. In fact they make you feel like you're wasting THEIR time. The customer is therefore left to waste hours of time. We paid delivery too so all they need to do is pick it up & refund! We have spent thousands at FF and this is how we’re treated.
Update - FF only took action after posting a bad review. Now they want me to change my review!
I have stored the bed & matress safely for 3 months at great inconvenience as items are so big but no compensation, no thanks or appreciation for enduring their incompetence or all the time I wasted trying to communicate with them. Now I get to waste even more of my time waiting for them to turn up to pick up the items! But I don't get a refund until they pick them up so they've also had my money for 3 months.
FF online exclusives is a farce & the products are rubbish.
They are happy to take your money but if there's an issue with their faulty products they make it impossible to contact them. My issue could have been resolved 3 months ago with simple honest customer service.
Have reported them to Dept of Fair Trading. Online exclusive products are not worth the risk!
