Folks, I was just blown away by the service. Ken was awesome to deal with. I got the vehicle I wanted (SUV-All WD) and it was tidy and smooth running. On top of this I was flying at a time when the weather was bad, (poor visibility and low lying cloud) so I was really hesitent to commit but Ken said, "no worries, I'll reserve that vehicle for you and just let me know if your flight is canceled or delayed". Ken made it so easy and I was so relieved given that I had already had two earlier flights cancel. Awesome and easy!!! Thanks so much Ken and the crew there. Herb Rihari
