What started off as a great concept where you were willing to pay a premium has become a chaotic waste of time and money.
As noted in other reviews mouldy food arrives, dirty food, old food, wet food, burst containers, ruined food and incomplete orders.
They don’t even know what they deliver and expect you to tell them what is missing...the customer service is appalling with day waits for replies and not even the courtesy of a confirmation when they tell you they will call back.
