I received an order about 2 weeks ago, I wish I saw these review. The meat is indeed tougher than expected. I order bison, they shipped and labeled the package as buffalo. These are 2 different animal as far as the quality of meat is concerned. When I reached out to customer service they sent to wikipedia page (which I already saw) which says that bison/buffalo are the same. Beware, these think we idiot regarding the quality of food. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with 1/4 cow and a bunch a fat/oiled buffalo.
