I placed my order in February 3rd, today is March 15th, my order still hasn’t been processed or shipped. I contacted their support team to be told that they stopped processing orders on January 26th while they get their warehouses up and running. It would have been nice to know that before placing an order. I don’t know when my shipment of meat will arrive, but considering how things are going, I don’t have much hope that the meat will be of good quality. Seriously, don’t waste your money or the time you’ll be waiting on a product that may never come, you’ll die of starvation by then. I haven’t received what I ordered, but I must say that I regret doing business with them and you probably will too.
