Firstly, by identifying that I had made two separate orders and letting me know of your intentions to make and deliver together. Then, by contacting me directly about my delivery which enabled me to then plan that with you and happy to have my house keys for the delivery. I hear that your delivery men were very helpful and did have a bit of struggle to get it all in. So can you please thank them for that.
