I ordered MS Office for Mac 2016 three days ago and i still do not have it. the link brought up a 'greyed -out' picture of Office so i could not click on it. AND A picture of some transfer program. i finally clicked on it and it quickly showed a bunch of things. i have sent dozens of notes to Jack wood at fast software to no avail. I sent copy of my 'receipt' from company and copy of purchase from my bank. mostly, I get a type of service request from them that has a number. the first message from them was --they could not find order or email from me --- i sent it. immediately i need Office for my work..i'm having panic attacks. oooo i tried calling them but got message 'that number not in service' I gave them my number. Oh, the reason it would not download from Apple was that it was not an authorized distributor.
