I purchased a product key, it did not work. I sent proof of this to the company and asked for a working product key. The company flatly refused and said I should wipe the computer, reinstall windows (WHY? this is a brand new pc.. and HOW? I have no CD drive!). I queried this with Premier Computing Services and was advised that if the key is for the correct type of Windows 10 then it should work. I doubled checked and yes it was for the Home version. I asked for a refund or working key and was flatly told "we don't give refunds". I have had to raise a complaint via my credit card company to get my money back... Useless company.
