I received a 25 alphanumeric key from Fast Software for MS Office but when I downloaded and tried to run it, MS sent me an error message saying the key was "Invalid."
Contacting Fast Software was slow, tedious, and of no value - no 800 number. I use MS Office professionally and this has been a nightmare. I asked for a refund but nothing so far. VERY BAD experience.
