The man we talked to was extremely helpful at the beginning. We ordered the item, which he charged us 1k more than what was on the website and no itemized bill. When it arrived at the funeral home we were called to come look at it. When we got there there was clear damage and so we called the guy who swore to us 100% guarantee of the item. So we called him, he said it was "supposedly dented" and he would have to call us back. Calls us back and begins to tell us how he is not taking it back because some guy named Mike signed for it. I told him there was no one named Mike in our family and then told him that we wanted to return it. He said he wasn't taking it back and when pressed with the fine print on the order form saying we could return in for a shipping cost and a restock fee he hung up on us. He has not answered our calls since. Seems this is not a place that knows customer service at all, and to be so hostile on the phone when someone is grieving is about the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. Save yourself more heartache. Go to someone who knows how to work with families during this tragic time.
