My family purchased a casket from Sky Caskets. When we initially spoke to Matthew he was very cordial and sympathetic. All was well until there was a discrepancy on their part. The same guy Matthew became very irate and belligerent, he had turned into a completely different person and became very difficult to talk to and unwilling to compromise. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, but to add to that, he hung up the phone on me. The moral is that he has a great sales pitch, but after he’s paid, you are dealing with the real him. I would not recommend this sight to anyone. If you go onto the site you will only see good reviews, that should tell you something.
