I guess I should believe it....exact same thing happened to me about a month ago as Jake's review. Everything Jake wrote is same for me. They called said truck leaving ten minutes and got to hurry sign contract for it to make it on the truck. Never mentioned on the phone what ship charges would be. On the invoice they sent it says $0 under ship charges but increased price on casket. I didn't know about the $1200.00 ship charge till I received my credit card statement. I called spoke to Joshua said same thing I signed contract. He said he would see about maybe a $300.00 refund should take about a week. It will be two weeks tomorrow no refund yet. I called Joshua today and when I told him I was going to do a review he starting telling me I am a negative person and kept saying it to me. That i live my life in the negative. So not only have they scammed $1200 for shipping now they are calling me names.....stay away from this company. Bad service all around...
