Made the initial purchase on Wed, Apr 24, 8:15 PM CST, but immediately retracted the purchase and requested a refund on Wed, Apr 24, 8:23 PM CST. This is less than 10 minutes. In no manner did I utilize the service nor create an account. In no manner did fasteasy.io present me the refund policy prior to purchase. In my opinion, this practice of not giving entire details prior to purchase a scam. Thankfully, and hopefully, my account subscription was cancelled and the account was deleted. Based on their "policy" and communication, I suspect their reviews are bots and fake to skew their horrendous policies and practices. I encourage *anyone* and *everyone* to stay far away from fasteasy.io. I'm out $25.99, unfortunately, but will monitor my credit cards exceptionally close for any further charges from fasteasy.io.
