Cancellation didn't go through. Got charged for an extended period. I sent in the cancellation online, 2 days prior, only to come in and see it didn't register. Then within 5 days of the automatic renewal ( a reasonable time) I requested the refund for them to tell me no. The even offered me a full year subscription. Seems kinda odd they rather provide a full year of free service for a misunderstanding when they fighting me for a 3 month plan.
