Absolutely disgraceful. I went onto the app and was not aware that it automatically signs you up for subscription. I deleted my subscription and a month later, charged £30.00 After sending messages back to a representative called ‘Alex’ it seems my complaint has been ignored. Is this how the company makes money, by ‘conning’ you in and not being able to remove your subscription. How many thousands of people over the world has this happened to? They are making money by ‘fraudulent’ actions. I will be taking this further. I work hard for a living and do not have money for ‘companies’ to take!
