Sign up for a month trial and extra 9.99€ was collected from my account that wasn’t signed for, my bank had to ring me to confirm if I ordered the payment and my details was save in their system to enable them to collect money every month. Trying to log into my app right now but it’s not letting me do so. I went to the app yesterday to stop further payment on my account so right now I can’t log into my account. My subscription is not ending until the end of June, my money has been collected yet am not using their facility. What a terrible way of scamming people off their money 😢
