I cannot say if fastnlock.com is a scam, but they deal with you just like a scammer do. After placing the order, you will receive a thank you email. My order was unlocking an AT&T phone. After some days, Mr. Chris Collins (CS manager) sent me an email that he cannot unlock the phone since the phone is still financed, and he cannot refund either since he spent money to check the finance status. My point is, you don't need to spend a penny to check if a phone is financed with AT&T. Just go to their website, put the IMEI, and AT&T will tell you if it is financed. Moreover, if the phone is paid off, they will unlock for free. Why do I pay you to unlock a paid off phone? Then I submitted the order to unlockriver.com, they took about two weeks, but they were able to get the unlock code. I explained everything to this guy (fastnlock) but he never replied, probably he just want to get rid of me.
