Placed an order, there was no mention of return policy. I did place order for wrong part. I reached out the day i got the item as i realized it was wrong part. The item was fulfilled by Amazon and Amazon takes returns for 45 days no questions asked. Fasttech will not give me an exchange or refund. Even told them i am willing to take the partial refund what amazon will offer, but no response. If you have such return policy, it would be ethical to share it during order process and include in order receipt. Hiding behind a policy in a hidden portion of website is poor business practice
