I ordered $1431 from them. They say on checkout you have to pay the fee's to import if its over $799. Import taxes are 2.4% which is $38. I am fine with that, BUT the package got stuck at customs telling me I had to update the information to have it release (they had to not me) and rather than putting $1431 worth of goods they put $1431*21 (which is how many items I had) which means they told customs this package was worth $30,051. So now for me to get my package UPS says I have to pay $371.84. So long story short, their support is horrible and is trying to tell me this is correct. Anyone that can do math or use a calculator knows that $370 on import taxes on $1431 is wrong. Again 2.3%. So far no resolution and I will refuse the package of course and not do business with them ever again. If you are in USA DO NOT BUY from them.
