Made a withdrawal request on 02/01/2024 in the morning and waited 48hours for the payment to reflect. Today is 05/01/2024 and still no payment received. I logged multiple calls with FBK Support and also communicated with multiple Agents on their chat box who promised that they have escalated the issue to Finance but I'm still stuck with no positive outcome, no money received. When making a deposit to fund your account it's as simple as ever. However, when making a withdrawal it's the most horrible experience. Totally the opposite of what they preach on Social Media. To anyone that wants to join FBK, I suggest you think twice before doing so. And the last worst thing about FBK is that all their contact numbers don't go through when you call.
