Absolutely appalling, ordered a pair of boots on the 2nd October by the 15th not arrived, contacted them FC who gave me a shipping number which I tried to track but after speaking to Royal Mail international (numerous occasions) the Item had been lost due to incorrect labelling and on the 22 of October Royal Mail had sent it back to FC , during this time I sent numerous emails to FC and a ‘Ahmed’ there responded by saying we’re investigating it . Now they will not refund me until they have received the item back from Parcel Force. I have raised this with PayPal who just drag their feet . I never got the item so why am I awaiting a refund ?
