My experience with FC Moto was nothing short of a disaster. Delivery took much longer than anticipated. Although I was promised 3-5 working days, it took almost two weeks. When the boots finally arrived, they had a manufacturing defect. Upon contacting FCMoto, I was told that they cannot do an exchange, only a refund. As I'm in Switzerland, I had to pay the import tax and added delivery fees, which I would have to pay again if I returned and reordered. I insisted on an exchange, but they refused and instead agreed to reimburse me the import VAT and delivery fee, so I could simply order again. Upon returning the defective boots, and despite FC Moto saying that I would be reimbursed the VAT and the delivery fee, I was ultimately reimbursed even less than what I paid for the boots, cheating me out of the full amount! Their customer service is atrocious, and their business practices feel fraudulent. They should be able to exchange products that have manufacturing defects, and if they agree (in writing) to reimburse a customer, they should uphold the agreement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN SWITZERLAND OR OUTSIDE THE EU.
