Have done some business with these guys in the past. I was okay until now. Ordered a helmet from them that I was not able to find anywhere else. It arrived and is 100% defective due to being a "brand new" helmet that is 6 years old, post manufacturing. As a, for track use helmet I will not be able to run it on the track. Have explained all of this to the powers that be at FC-Moto! What have I learned from this experience. 1. The promise to provide a return shipping label will be denied even if the item is defective. 2. FCMoto will not provide manufacturing dates for helmets before purchasing. 3. There are certain questions FCMoto will absolutely skirt and refuse to answer in regards to defective equipment that is not useable. 4. FCMoto has impressed upon me that integrity and good business are not a part of their long term plan. Buyers please be aware, FCMoto is not interested in taking care of you beyond the sale! Be sure you know what you are getting before ordering!
