It clearly says on their website that any payments will be refunded but it’s a lie. Terrible. Avoid! I purchased through Living Social. On the day the boxes arrived, I went on their website to ensure that I hadn't subscribed. I went into my account details and they did not list any bank account details for me. To be on the safe side, I emailed to cancel and also cancelled the subscription on their website. They replied by saying that they had cancelled my subscription but couldn't refund the money for the order for the 1st July. Their email says that my menu choices were locked in - I DIDN'T MAKE ANY CHOICES!!! The money was deducted from my account after I sent them the email. Very shoddy service, I am going to be sent four menu choices which I didn't choose and don't fancy! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED FOR FOOD THAT YOU REALLY DON'T WANT AND PROBABLY WON'T USE!!!
