Floppy man was nice when we first received. Faded quick. Had item one year and only used it on non rainy non precipitation days approx. 5 months of the year. Everywhere where the logo was pressed on started to separate and tear creating holes. We contacted customer service only for them to hesitate to reply and when they did blame it on something tearing the item when in reality our floppy man is placed in an area where that cannot happen. Offered no warranty even after we provided pictures. We even asked if they would at least cover half the price seeing we paid between $250 and $275 for our custom one. Know when you purchase one it is not going to last long.
