Never received my order. Fed ex refused to investigate lost/stolen merchandise. My advice is do not purchase items from merchants that use Fed Ex. Their driver will allege they delivered it. When you don’t receive it and ask for a list/ stolen Merchandise investigation they refuse to do one. In my opinion not only does this allow customers to be victimized. It can also make certain unethical delivery personnel feel they can lift customer’s packages with no accountability. It’s motive in my opinion.
