If i could give a minus i would. I am just getting over covid and so is my son, i am also disabled. I ordered contact lenses that i use all the time. I received them but did not open them but recieved on the 20th august. When i opened them the box was open and 2 contacts missing. I got in contact to be told they could do nothing about it and they was abrupt, on online chat that phoned me been abrupt and would not listen to what i had to say. They ket saying you order incorrect ones we can not refund. I said no I have not i even sent you my perscription these are what i order and use. They gotausive and shouting, i asked him to let me speak and explain, i cant get to a post office as covid. My son also as a chronic illness, we have no one. He was shouting so i told him to refund me. He was horrible and i got so upset. Its not a good time for us and i just didn’t need this. He then said return immediately and you will get a store credit. I said I don’t want to deal with this company anymore if that is how i am spoken to. I am still very upset at the way he was hosting at me.
