As much as I love Feltman's hotdogs, their customer service isn't just bad, it's non-existent. I've twice had to email about orders, and have never once received a reply. They just flat-out ignore emails.
So, long story short, great product, but pray you don't have any issues because it's unlikely they will get resolved.
