Once again probably a good company and good staff let down by one member of staff with the wrong attitude towards visiting delivery hauliers. When asked to do something by one member of staff and you follow what you have been asked to do doesn’t mean the next staff member you meet needs to start shouting the odds because you are only doing as you have been asked to do. This was one of the garage staff who needs to be taught how to speak to people not shout and bark or needs to just keep his mouth shut and complain to the right person.
