Very excited to receive my order and when it came in there was 1 broken bottle for second fermentation of kombucha. I wrote the company and they promptly replaced the broken bottle. Quality product, easy directions and trouble shooting giudes and great company to work with. I will definitely order again when I need additional supplies.
