I'm new to the whole kombucha thing. My daughter-in-law got me started in to it and recommended Fermentaholics after she showed me how to start a scoby. Fermentaholics not only made things easy to subsequently start a Jun Kombucha scoby but was genuinely helpful in continuing our "classic" kombucha fermentation. Their complete jun kombucha starter kit was exactly that... complete. (with the exception of water) My questions were met with real enthusiasm and yes, when you call you get to talk to a real person who genuinely cares about helping you succeed. They're also glad to help you towards crafting your own unique recipe and knowledgeable enough to do so. Knowledge and service like this is hard to find and much appreciated.
