My first order the SCOBY bag had popped. I put it together (hoping it'd work) - but I mailed support. They rapidly responded and mailed me a replacement. This one arrived perfectly - and incidentally even the punctured bag managed to make a lovely batch of jun.
Because the customer service was so nice I ordered the sangria rojo flavoring for my F2 and it was super tasty!
