Connect pro product faulty after a few years. I have cheaper fairy lights from Amazon that have lasted longer. Sadly customer service from Maddie wasn't helpful considering I need to replace these. Couldn't even offer a small discount when I was looking to replace faulty lights. They push that connect pro is a high quality product but I'd disagree. Yes they will work well at first but expect to be replacing them within 4 years. I looked after mine incredibly well, in a sealed container and kept well away from any moisture. If this can happen to mine then definitely don't leave yours up for very long! Very disappointed.
