I ordered a 20kg bag of sunflower seeds for birds. It was delivered to our door and immediately brought into our dining room. As I was ill I left it there for a couple of days. When I opened it I found a good quarter of the bag was damp / wet. A large percentage of the seeds were growing ! Others had absorbed moisture and will not keep. There were also patches on the edge of the sack where the seeds had started to rot and grow mouldy. I sent pictures of all of the above. Fetch refused to acknowledge that there was any issue! Absolutely appalling company. I will never use them again.
