This is the fifth case (third time I placed an order with them) of the black t-shirt bags that I've purchased. I gave my friend a case of them the last time I purchased them and kept the case for myself. I was getting low and ordered another case when by coincidence my friend called the same day and asked if I could get her another case. This is a couple hours after I had placed my order and I was concerned I might have to pay a second shipping fee to get her another case. I contacted customer service right around 4:30 p.m. EST and asked if they could add another case to my order. Usually they ship that day or very soon after, I always got my orders within a few days. They held up the shipping so they could add another case and save me the extra cost. They went above and beyond, when they didn't have to, and I am grateful to them. I would highly recommend not only the bags but they also have excellent customer service.
